Frequently Asked Questions

INSULATED WALLS

Q-13:   I want insulated walls like I can get with ICF's (Insulated Concrete Forms).  How can the walls be insulated?

A-13:   Insulation can be installed after the forms are stripped or installed as a liner during the assembly.  With the EZ-Ply® system you are not limited, like with ICF's, to how much insulation you would like or where you want to put it.  Most engineers will tell you to put the insulation (thermal break) to the outside of the wall leaving the thermal mass of the concrete wall to the inside.  The EZ-Ply® system saves substantial time and money over ICF's.  See for yourself with the on-line Cost Estimator.
