"Stagger" - Stacking

The modular design allows the EZ-Ply® components to be safely stacked.  By vertically staggering the different size components the entire wall form structure becomes extremely rigid and vertically straight.  Typically, strongbacks are not required until stacking exceeds 12 feet in height.

By choosing the right combination of components, walls forms can be stacked in 16 inch increments.  The actual height of the concrete wall can be accurately achieved by "floating" to an elevation grade nail or chamfer attached to the inside the forms.  See the EZ-Ply® Application Guide for more information.
