EZ-Ply® standard wall ties are more economical to use than conventional "snap-ties" with cones.  These standard ties are available "straight" or "crimped”.  The crimp acts as a water stop.

They are available from 4 to 72 inch spacing.  (4 to 72 inch wall or pad widths) Larger sizes are available by special order.

After stripping the forms, the tie ends are simply broke off with a horizontal blow from a hammer. The break-back point is ¼ inch into the wall where the remainder of the tie stays in the concrete.
